Welcome to Lords Hair Studio
I’m Susan Lord, and my goal is to create a friendly, welcoming space where both our stylists and clients feel at home.
Hairdressing has always been my passion, and I love how the right products and techniques can transform and improve hair — not just in the way it looks, but also how it feels. I’m always happy to chat about products and share tips so you can keep your hair looking its best between visits.
Our salon has a proud history. Previously known as Lord and Lesley, we’ve now relaunched as Lords Hair Studio, continuing our tradition of excellent service while bringing a fresh new energy.
With our easy online booking system and long-standing reputation, we’re here to make your salon experience simple, enjoyable, and tailored to you.
I look forward to welcoming both new and returning clients — and helping you leave the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and cared for.

I am a creative and versatile stylist who is passionate about my work.
I have worked in the hair industry for over 17 years.
I am qualified in hairdressing and barbering,
I love being challenged from balayage and root melts to skin fades and mullets!
I enjoy learning new techniques and keeping my work on-trend.
Julie
I've been a stylist for over 34 years.
I absolutely love my job, and I get great satisfaction from creating the perfect colour and cut and bringing inspirational photos to life.
I also specialise in perms to help give body to create curls you've always dreamed of.
I'm in Lords Hair Studio on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays.

Hi, I’m Zowie!
I’ve been a hair stylist for 29 years, and I still love this industry as much as I did on day one. What inspires me most is the chance to keep learning new techniques and staying up to date in such a creative and ever-changing profession.
Being part of the team at Lords Hair Studio is something I truly enjoy — the buzz of a busy salon and the support of a great team make every day rewarding. My favourite part of the job is helping women feel happy, confident, and comfortable in their own skin through the power of great hair.
You’ll usually find me in the salon on Mondays and Thursdays, but if you need another day, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Hi, I’m Diane. With over 25 years of experience in barbering and 16 years in hairdressing, I’ve dedicated my career to transforming hair and boosting confidence. I have successfully run two businesses: one in Pensarn, Abergele for over 11 years, and another in Costa Blanca, Spain.
I am passionate about all aspects of hair transformation, from classic cuts to creative styles.
My goal is to create looks that my clients love, ensuring they leave the salon feeling happy and confident. I thrive on challenges and love bringing my clients’ hair dreams to life.
Sophie
Hi, I’m Sophie, I’m a fully qualified hairdresser based at Lords Hair Studio in Abergele, North Wales, with over 10 years of experience in the industry.
I began my full-time training at a local academy before gaining valuable experience working in a nearby city. A few years later, I set up my own business and, in 2017, graduated with a teaching degree, which now allows me to share my skills and passion by tutoring others in the profession.
I specialise in all aspects of hairdressing, with a particular love for balayage, colouring, gents’ cuts, and bridal hair. I keep up to date with fashion trends, and my eye for detail means I always strive to make sure every appointment runs smoothly and leaves you feeling confident and cared for.
Hairdressing isn’t just my job — it’s my passion, and I love nothing more than helping clients feel their very best.
